Transitional Justice and Reconciliation

The project started in 2021 focusing on the need of transitional justice and the path to reconciliation.

The project was a joint venture between the

  • Libyan Women’s Union,
  • SHARP, an international organization and
  • the LRCSFS Centre.

The project held closed sessions with victims of human rights abuse from all over Libya. The sessions were jointly organized by the Women’s Union and the center.

A booklet with recommendations from human rights and law experts was published at the end of the project.
