This project started in November 2014, when a first meeting of social figures from all over Libya and International Experts were invited to a meeting in Tunis.
It was the first event that gathered Libyans from all over the country after Fajr Libya. The project continued with many rounds of discussion by organizing meetings in Benghazi, Beida, Tripoli, Misrata, Ubari and Tunis.
The project was finalized by paper co-authored by FES and LRCSFS.
