Security Arrangements in Partnership with the Dialogue Advisory Group (DAG).
This project started in December 2014 and is still continuing. The project is a result of a thorough reflection between LRCSFS and DAG after which it was decided that in order to help implement any political agreement in Libya, security arrangements are required.
Once UNSMIL, convinced with our idea, DAG and LRCSFS engaged in meeting with Armed Groups in Libya. Through papers and notes submitted to UNSMIL, meetings inside and outside Libya were organized for:
- SRSG Martin Kobler,
- Ghassan Salame
- Stephanie Williams
and International Diplomats, representatives of armed groups, military officers and civil society were invited to these meetings.
